This is history in the baking; solicitor by day and patisserie chef by night, Aleksandra whipped up these beautiful macarons for a bake sale at her firm, AMD Solicitors. Needless to say, they sold out immediately and raised a wonderful £115 for her local air ambulance charity. 

Aleksandra and the team at AMD recently chose to partner with Great Western Air Ambulance Charity (GWAAC) this year and are already well on the way to smashing their ambitious fundraising target and with 9 of their staff hoping to take on the Cotswold Way Challenge in June and other exciting fundraising events planned for the year, we're sure it won't be long before they hit it! Well done everyone and thank you all so much for your support.
