Call and collect service – Westbury-on-Trym Shop
In line with government guidelines, we closed our shop in Westbury-on-Trym on Tuesday 5th January. However our fantastic shop staff will be updating the window displays on Fridays – so if you spot something you like you can take advantage of our call and collect service.
Get yourself a treat during lockdown while helping to raise vital funds for our lifesaving service!
How it works
- Browse our social media pages (Facebook & Instagram) or shop window if you’re walking by and select your item.
- Call our shop on 0117 4400700 between 09:00 and 16:00 on a Friday to place your order. Payment will be taken over the phone and a time will be arranged for you to collect your item(s) on the same day.
- Collect your bargain! Collect your #GWAACGem from our shop (1-2 Carlton Court, Canford Lane, Westbury on Trym, Bristol BS9 3DF) and call us on 0117 4400700 to let us know that you have arrived. Please note due to COVID-19 restrictions you will not be allowed into the shop.
Returns
We are unable to process returns through lockdown, however they can be processed when we are back open.
If you have any questions then please do call our charity shop team on 0117 4400700 (answered on Fridays only). Alternatively you can leave a voicemail or email retail@gwaac.com and one of the team will get back to you as soon as is possible.
