We are excited to announce that our inaugural GWAAC Corporate Golf Day will be held on the prestigious Avening Course at the Minchinhampton Golf Club!
A classic parkland layout, designed by Fred Hawtree, the older of the two ‘New’ courses features several lakes, fairways lined with a rich variety of mature specimen trees, strategic bunkering, and challenging greens. Set atop the rolling Cotswold countryside, the course offers stunning panoramic vistas of the nearby village that lends the course its name, and regularly plays host to National, Regional and County competitions including the Open Championship Regional Qualifying between 2018 and 2024.

- Morning teams will be welcomed to the clubhouse by the GWAAC staff with breakfast, tea and coffee available.

GWAAC x MGC
We are delighted to announce that the 2024 Captains of Minchinhampton Golf Club (MGC) have chosen to support Great Western Air Ambulance Charity (GWAAC) with their Club fundraising activities throughout 2024.
Inspired to support GWAAC after the Club recently had reason to call for the assistance of our Critical Care Team and became aware of the value of their local air ambulance charity. This is the first time that all three captains have joined together to support the same cause and is testament to their belief in the importance of supporting this cause.
