In-store Returns Policy

Donated Goods:

We will happily exchange or issue a credit note for items of clothing only if returned with original tags attached and a valid receipt, within 14 days to any Great Western Air Ambulance Charity Shop.

Faulty Donated Goods:

We will not accept returns for any other donated items unless faulty (if returned with original tags attached and a valid receipt, within 14 days) and then we will refund, exchange or issue a credit note.

New Goods:

We will exchange items (or offer a credit note) if returned with original tags attached, in its original packaging and with a valid receipt), within 14 days to any Great Western Air Ambulance Charity Shop.

Faulty New Goods:

will be refunded if returned with original tags attached, in its original packaging and with a valid receipt, within 14 days to any Great Western Air Ambulance Charity Shop.

Goods Donated in Error:

Goods donated to this shop are processed immediately and, due to the volume of stock we receive, it becomes very difficult for us to trace items donated in error. We will, however, make every effort to help.
