Great Western Air Ambulance Charity (GWAAC) is launching an exclusive KS2 trial for Year 6 students, introducing them to basic life support.
And we need your Year 6 class!
This exciting, curriculum-enhancing resource is designed to be discreet, flat-packed, and easy to implement. It will arrive before the 2025/26 academic year and includes:

Learn life-saving skills – Give your students the confidence to act in an emergency using DRSABC to help save a life.
✔ Enhance the ‘Animals Including Humans’ topic – Bring heart health and the circulatory system to life with real-world applications.
✔ Empower the next generation – Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest survival rates are too low. The biggest barriers? Defibrillator access and a lack of basic life support knowledge. Let’s change that together!

Successful applicants must integrate the lesson into their 2025/26 academic year, ideally as early as possible. This will help us launch the program quickly and maximise its impact on our shared community.
