Thank you to our trust and foundation supporters

 

Grants are a vitally important source of income to Great Western Air Ambulance Charity, and we are enormously grateful to the many Trusts and Foundations who have supported us over the years. 

Most of our specialist medical equipment has been funded by Trusts and Foundations. Their generous support has provided our crew with ventilators, patient monitors, LUCAS CPR machines, ultrasounds and many more pieces of kit. Grant-givers have also funded flight helmets, crew uniforms and advanced training for our doctors and paramedics. 

Trust and foundation grants have been instrumental in enabling us to develop our service – helping us to buy our airbase, trial advanced clinical procedures and improve the service we provide for our patients. And just as valuable are the donations from grant-givers to fund our day-to-day mission costs.
